Veggies Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 cucumber

4-5 cherry tomatoes

1/2 red bell pepper

2-3 radishes

2 onion springs

1 cup leaves (spinach, radish leaves,…)

1 tbsp ground walnuts

1 tbsp flaxseed oil

juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

seasalt to taste

Preparation:

Chop all vegetables, slice all leaves, add all other ingredients, toss and serve!
