Raw Granola

Ingredients:

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup medjool dates

chopped fresh fruits (mango, papaya, apples,…)

Preparation:

Soak all nuts overnight. Soak dates for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and drain nuts, put them in the food processor together with the dates and process. Add chopped fresh fruit and you’re done! You can make Granola with any other kinds of nuts, or even cereals.
