Raw Cheese Cream with Dill and Garlic

Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup cashews

1 tbsp hempseeds

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 cup chopped dill

3-4 cloves garlic

juice of 1 lemon

seasalt to taste

Preparation:

Soak sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and cashews overnight. Then rinse and drain them. Put them in the food processor together with the hemp seeds and the flaxseeds. Process until smooth. Add all other ingredients and process to a paste consistency. Serve as a dip for fresh vegetables or as a filling.
