Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 carrot

1 parsnip

1 small zucchini

1/4 celery root or 3 celery sticks

2-3 radishes

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp cold press oil

juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp chopped parsley

seasalt to taste

1 tsp Chinese spice

a few ground flaxseeds (optional)

Preparation:

Thinly slice all vegetables, add all other ingredients, toss and let chill for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
